Surprisingly, the technician was dispatched the same day that we called in for service. Mateo arrived well within the specified time and began his assessment of our mini split clogged. Condensate drain. Honestly, I had neglected our mini splits for a couple years and I wasn’t surprised that one of them needed service during the summer. Mateo quickly and efficiently cleaned the condensate drain and got the unit back in service within an hour? His expert salesmanship skills suggested I enrolled in a preventive maintenance plan of which I intend to do next week. Mateo is my go to guy now for mini split Service.! !

William was great and repaired everything timely and efficiently. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail. We highly recommend he and Airview AC to anyone who reads this.

Kudos to the Airview team for solving "The Mystery of the Dead Thermostat"! It took three trips and the efforts of two technicians, but they finally found the problem, and all was resolved at a very reasonable cost. Air View AC has always been the company I turn to. I called and they had a driver in the area and he was here within 30 minutes and had the ac blowing cool in another 15 minutes and at a good price.

Airview A/C is the best. Came out early, did immediate and accurate diagnostic, had the repair parts on the truck and go us running. Had to work on a elevated platform in 106 degree heat.

Excellent Service by Jason K at Airview AC I recently had an issue with my AC where the drain pipe was severely clogged, causing condensation to drain from the secondary drain. Jason from Airview AC came out to assess the situation and provided exceptional service. Despite the stubborn clog, he was thorough and determined, using multiple tools to ensure the drain was completely cleared. He also made sure the area was cleaned up appropriately afterward. I appreciate his professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right. I highly recommend Airview AC for their reliable and top-notch service.

Technician was attentive and asked good questions to understand the problem, He reviewed the entire system to isolate any issue. Thankfully, there were no serious issues and everything is okay. I've used them a few times the past 3 years and they are always prompt snd attentive.

The technician William was very thorough and informative with his diagnosis of what was going on with our unit. He’s went above and beyond to explain all of our options for full replacement versus repairs. I will definitely be requesting him by name for any future assistance or repairs needed.
