I had a great experience with Airview replacing our HVAC system. We ended up installing a new 4-ton Carrier Performance two-stage system, and the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was that the team went beyond just swapping out the AC unit. They took the time to check the entire setup and even fixed our dryer vent duct and ensured everything was wired and functioning correctly. It’s clear they care about doing the job the right way rather than just getting in and out. They walked me through the system, answered all my questions, and made sure the installation was clean and up to code. The attention to detail and willingness to help with things outside the core install made a big difference. Josh, explained exactly what was causing my AC not cooling so I had a good understanding of the problem. He was professional and friendly. He also let me know what the cost for labor would be and the part needed is still under warranty. Today I only paid for the service call. I will pay for the labor when needed part is installed.

house is cooler. However, I need to see my humidity level go and stay low after the adjustments. I will say that Joseph was great, explained to me several things I was not aware of. Airview did a second visit to do follow-up items that I agreed with. The work went well, items were cleaned, fixed or replaced as needed. Very nice work by Joseph. I am satisfied. I had joseph come back for additional work like putting a register/vent in my closet, he did a very nice job. he was efficient, very clean in his work, and done with a good deal of expertise. I am quite happy with his work. So two or three visits to do several fixes to my AC and in my home in which I am very satisfied with Airview and the work by Joseph!
