Update to the Update: The AC unit went out again, I called Friday July 19th to collect on the additional year warranty that I was given Jan 2024 by the owner and I was told there was no notes on my account about a warranty extension, this company does not honor their word, do yourself a favor and go with another company. Update: Airview AC did call me to discuss the below, I understood the repair was a precaution but as stated in my review the tech was not sure that was the issue. As a courtesy Airview extended my warranty due to the variety of issues, I appreciate the attempt made by Airview to calm my concerns. I keep receiving emails to review Airview AC so here is my review... Sept 7 2023 A new heat pump installed Sept 14 2023 heat pump stops cooling - the technician advised the compressor in the new unit that was installed 1 week earlier was bad. I was also advised to replace the TXV in the HVAC (although the technician was not sure this was the issue) which I was told labor was not covered and would be $600, I complained about the fee which was reduced to $400. Oct 2023 AC heat pump stops again then restarts 4 hrs later, I'm advised since it's working no need to come out. Nov/Dec 2023 heat pump is making a loud noise, technician mentions a loose part and fixes the machine at no charge. Jan 2024 heat pump is making a loud noise and fan stops running. Technician advises this machine defrost on occasion and it can be loud and the fan will stop. This seems like important information the customer should have been advised during the install or any of the many service calls I've made versus being charged another service call fee. I've had so much trouble with this heat pump I question if it's actually new. I'm stuck using this company since they hold the machine warranty. No I would not recommend Airview.

They figured out the problem with my old system quickly, but it was to old to save, got a new ac unit that was installed in a timely manner, the new system is working great..

They carefully explained the installation process, reviewed the operation of the new system, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. The entire experience—from the office staff to Eric and the installation crew—was professional from start to finish. Airview not only provided outstanding customer service, but they also offered the best value. Their price beat the competition, and their quote included items that other companies either left out or charged extra for. If you're looking for an honest, professional HVAC company that stands behind its work, I highly recommend Airview. They made what could have been a stressful purchase a smooth and positive experience.

Airview AC was fantastic. After being out of town for 10 days in Colorado, we came home to the first 100 degree days in late July. Our AC had gone out while we were out of town, and we did not notice until the evening. One call to Airview, and a technician was out within two hours to diagnose and attempt to fix. Unfortunately required new large parts that had to be ordered, but they used my existing warranty seamlessly and effectively. The repairs were made in an expedient and efficient manner. Thank you Airview AC for literally saving my family in this brutal Texas summer heat! Recommending to all my friends in and around the Texoma area.

I don’t think during the hottest time in summer that it’s normal to get next day service but I did. I had a company come out previously to work on one of the mini split units but they couldn’t figure out the problem. Airview guy came out next day and got it going. Can’t do much better than that.

so far so good. house is cooler. However, I need to see my humidity level go and stay low after the adjustments. I will say that Joseph was great, explained to me several things I was not aware of. Joseph provided good service. He knows his job/trade very well. What I really liked is that he did not push for extra services or expenses. He was reasonable on the price, as well. Thanks, Joseph

The service we received today was prompt, complete, and very professional. We needed service and Airview came through for us.

Edgar came out to repair our broken capacitor, and the entire experience was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, and highly professional from start to finish. He took the time to show us exactly what had gone wrong and clearly explained the repair process, which we really appreciated. One of the biggest positives was that Airview AC was able to complete the repair the same day we called. With the Texas heat, getting our air conditioning back up and running so quickly was incredibly important. The repair was also very reasonably priced and didn’t break our budget, which we’re extremely thankful for. If you’re looking for fast, honest, and affordable HVAC service, I highly recommend Airview AC. We’ll definitely be using them again if we ever need HVAC repairs.
