In Jan we were having problems with our heatpump that had basically started on Thanksgiving. We had had several parts replaced but it was still having issues with switching the heat pump kicking out of heat mode. We were having to use emergency heat which was costing us a fortune to run. When we called airview back out they sent two extremely nice young men to check the unit out and see why it was still having issues with same problem. They did an extensive search through the unit and found out that the vacuum hose that moves the freon through unit was stopped up and was causing the unit to kick out of heat mode to protect unit. They found the part for it but it was the only one available. With impending bad weather coming in we made the decision to overnight the part so that the unit could be serviced before it got bad. The impending weather was supposed to be bad and it was . We received about 10in of ice and snow. We watched the unit all during the bad weather and not once did it have to use emergency heat to keep the temperature up to the setting we had it on. We were extremely happy to have the unit repaired correctly and timely. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication that the crew and managers and owners of Airview did to make sure our unit got fixed correctly so that there was not any permanent damage to it. We cannot express how much we appreciate all the help we received from the company. Our unit has only been installed for a little over 3 years and we just couldn't understand why we were having so many problems so soon. We believe that there must have been issues with the unit when it was installed or that it may not have been new as we were told. We are glad that we chose to have Airview to be the ones to service our unit when the problems began. We will be using Airview to do all maintenance and repairs to our unit from now on. We were so appreciative during the weather that it never had any issues with working and was able to maintain the heat. Thank you so much Airview for your dedication to making sure that your customers are taken care of in a timely fashion and that you will do anything possible to do repairs needed to keep your customers comfortable in our homes.

Larry was outstanding in all aspects of the service he provided. He kept me informed of the issue and what he was doing to correct it and explained everything in detail. He went beyond the service to get answers for questions I had regarding air duct cleaning and installation. He went way beyond expectations and is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous!

Today’s trouble all went about as well as I could have hoped. My wife took time off today to be home and your tech showed up on time, he answered all her questions and solved the problem expeditiously. When my wife mentioned she had to get back (teacher at the local elementary school) the tech took it upon himself to literally pick up the pace (she noticed, and it’s not like he wasn’t working diligently to start with) and help her get back on time. He even did extra work for us, replacing filters and tacking back the attic solar shield. I will highly recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you.

airview is a family owned business...very friendly people...our technician was very knowlegable....on time and friendly.

Airview AC went above and beyond on a repair/update. I got a new outside unit which was a pretty quick repair at a good price. Where Airview shone was updating the zoning on our system. The system was a bit of a Frankenstein with some integration issues between the old zoning system and a replacement furnace. I was expecting them to minimally touch the ducts to get the new dampers in. They did much more. They reran ducts and wiring that had been dangling or laying on the attic floor, and also some other minor improvements. The quality of work was excellent and they went out of their way to do it right. They left the system in better shape than it has ever been. The next time I need a repair or new system, I will definitely call Airview AC.
