Another great experience from Air View AC! Holin did an excellent job replacing the motor in our ac unit and was in and out in a flash. Very courteous and friendly! And Larry also did a great job determining what was wrong with the system a few days ago. It is great to have this type of professional service so close to our home. I highly recommend Air View Ac!!!

Great Service !!!! Explained everything well !

Service tech was polite and arrived within the scheduled time. Our mini split unit worked as it should while he was there. It has been inconsistent since Airview installed it. I have brought it up with several Airview employees who offered to send someone out to look at it but never did. The tech today suggested changing the batteries in the remote and thinks that may fix the problems we are having. Might fix current issues but not the problems we have had since it was installed. I have two of the same units at another location that work well, so I don't think it's user error.

Excellent professional service

Everyone is super nice and I really appreciated their honesty. They had the best price of 3 estimates I received, but it took 3 additional visits after the initial installation for them to get the brand new installed HVAC system working correctly. Would have been great if the installers had made sure it was working correctly in the first place. It seems like there is also some miscommunication between the techs and front office as the techs were late for every single appointment. I just hope it is finally fixed as 2 parts were replaced in the brand new system.

AC/Heat Tune up and prevention check up. I'm impressed, good job James. Compared to the bigger companies that just do half a$$ job and try to upsell unwarranted work. This company does the opposite and the technician does what needs to be done. I am sticking with this company. Thank you. Update:Mr Garcia came out for the winter prevention maintenance and found a issue with Emergency Heat Kit. Thankfully it's under warranty and the labor cost is affordable. This tells me, they check everything. Update: Joseph did a excellent job on the EAK. Adjusted the blower speed, he noticed it was set to low. Good eye for detail. Good job. Update: After my annual TU, Joshua recommended a Air Scrubber and I pulled the trigger on it. The affordability is really nice. Not a upsell, just a recommendation based on my severe allergies. Great job.

Absolutely incredible experience. James, the service technician explained everything what is wrong and offered the possible solutions for it. He was absolutely amazing. I got lucky when I called the first time, the owner answered the phone and heard my concerns. She is the best. She made sure that my job was gonna get taken care of. I highly recommend this company. Tech did a great job finding the leak and will provide options to fix. Previous service just kept putting in freon and made no effort to find the root cause of the problem. Airview personnel did an excellent job of finding the root cause of the problem so that a permanent solution to the problem could be implemented
