When you AC goes out on Saturday morning...when it's 107 degrees outside, you are incredibly thankful when Michael shows up and takes care of business.

Excellent Service from Airview AC Airview AC recently came out to fix a clogged primary drain, clean my compressor, and rebuild my drain system. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was responsive, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. After the initial service, there were still a few issues that turned out to be unique to my particular unit. I called them, and they came back out the very next day—even on a Saturday. They quickly identified the remaining problem and fixed everything at no additional charge. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its work and is committed to making sure the job is done right. The rebuilt drain system looks great, the unit is running properly, and their customer service was outstanding throughout the process. I highly recommend Airview AC to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable HVAC service.

I had an excellent experience with my AC service technician today. He came out for preventative maintenance and did a fantastic job from start to finish. What really impressed me was that he was able to quickly fix a thermostat issue that had been giving me problems for quite some time. I had spent hours trying to figure it out and was actually planning to take the thermostat back to Best Buy. He looked at it and had the issue resolved within seconds. He also took the time to evaluate my AC system for potential efficiency improvements and explained areas that could be updated to help the system perform better. Even more importantly, he identified parts that were beginning to deteriorate and discovered that they were still covered under warranty, which was close to expiring. That alone potentially saved me a significant amount of money. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I have had. He was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. This is exactly the type of employee a company should recognize and promote. Outstanding service from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Update to the Update: The AC unit went out again, I called Friday July 19th to collect on the additional year warranty the owner gave me Jan 2024 and I was told there were no notes about an additional warranty although the owner emailed me confirmation of the additional warranty. After I posted this review the owner reached out again and asked to have the review removed and she would partially reimburse me for out of pocket repairs, that was another lie, do yourself a favor and go with another company, save yourself the headache. Update: Airview AC did call me to discuss the below, I understood the repair was a precaution but as stated in my review the tech was not sure that was the issue. As a courtesy Airview extended my warranty due to the variety of issues, I appreciate the attempt made by Airview to calm my concerns. I keep receiving emails to review Airview AC so here is my review... Sept 7 2023 A new heat pump installed Sept 14 2023 heat pump stops cooling - the technician advised the compressor in the new unit that was installed 1 week earlier was bad. I was also advised to replace the TXV in the HVAC (although the technician was not sure this was the issue) which I was told labor was not covered and would be $600, I complained about the fee which was reduced to $400. Oct 2023 AC heat pump stops again then restarts 4 hrs later, I'm advised since it's working no need to come out. Nov/Dec 2023 heat pump is making a loud noise, technician mentions a loose part and fixes the machine at no charge. Jan 2024 heat pump is making a loud noise and fan stops running. Technician advises this machine defrost on occasion and it can be loud and the fan will stop. This seems like important information the customer should have been advised during the install or any of the many service calls I've made versus being charged another service call fee. I've had so much trouble with this heat pump I question if it's actually new. I'm stuck using this company since they hold the machine warranty. No I would not recommend Airview.

FROM SALES ENGINEER TO PROJECT FORMAN TO INSTALLATION TEAM, TO OFFICE STAFF, EVERYONE PLACED OUR EXPRESS WISHES ABOVE THEIR OWN. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
