I’m very disappointed with my experience with Airview AC. Their customer service was consistently poor, and any time issues came up, the owners refused to take responsibility or resolve the problems. What made things worse was that we were given information that turned out not to be true, which left us feeling misled and frustrated. After giving them multiple chances to make things right, nothing was handled properly. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Airview AC to anyone looking for honest communication or reliable customer support.

Today’s trouble all went about as well as I could have hoped. My wife took time off today to be home and your tech showed up on time, he answered all her questions and solved the problem expeditiously. When my wife mentioned she had to get back (teacher at the local elementary school) the tech took it upon himself to literally pick up the pace (she noticed, and it’s not like he wasn’t working diligently to start with) and help her get back on time. He even did extra work for us, replacing filters and tacking back the attic solar shield. I will highly recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you.

Airview AC went above and beyond on a repair/update. I got a new outside unit which was a pretty quick repair at a good price. Where Airview shone was updating the zoning on our system. The system was a bit of a Frankenstein with some integration issues between the old zoning system and a replacement furnace. I was expecting them to minimally touch the ducts to get the new dampers in. They did much more. They reran ducts and wiring that had been dangling or laying on the attic floor, and also some other minor improvements. The quality of work was excellent and they went out of their way to do it right. They left the system in better shape than it has ever been. The next time I need a repair or new system, I will definitely call Airview AC.
