Airview is a great AC company to work with. Customer Service by office staff and field tech is always suburb. Everyone treats their customers respectfully and professionally. I contacted Airview to get a second opinion on replacing my air conditioning system, and I'm very glad I did. They were able to schedule me quickly, and within one day Eric came out to inspect my system and provide a detailed estimate. From the very beginning, Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and never once used high-pressure sales tactics. He took the time to explain every aspect of the replacement process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood my options. I contacted several other companies, but none offered the same combination of competitive pricing, complete installation package, and attention to detail that Airview provided. I called Eric several times after the initial visit with additional questions about the equipment and installation. Even though the first tech did not meet the expected service, the follow up was exceptional. Joseph was able to provide personalized recommendations for my situation, took his time to review the system design. Suggested to replace 3 way registers with curved one way registers which by itself made a day and night difference in terms of even cooling.
