These people are awesome! They are knowledgeable, polite, never try to oversell me. They really are my favorite home maintenance company. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Airview and their team were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout the entire project. They finished the work within the timeframe they gave us and cleaned up at the end of each day. Sergio and his team are local Collin County and McKinney residents who give back and stay involved in the communities they serve. Tech was very thorough. I don't know how no one else noticed for 5 years but he figured out that we have two stage systems but they are wired for single stage. After that gets fixed our electric bill 💸 should drop.

Was a little surprised he didn’t put shoe covers before going upstairs on my carpet.

Quickly found the problem - a burnt wire - and replaced it. AC unit is back to work.

Brayden and team did a great job with the work that was completed. There is definitely more cool air flowing to the room that was serviced. Hopefully it will make the difference!

Holin, Technician and Airview are top notch! Holin efficiently and professionally evaluated the repair work that needed to be done. He communicated very clearly in a way that was easy to understand and it was obvious he was a master in his field. Overall experience and communication with Airview for the service was outstanding. There were some scheduling requests that I had of Airview for the service call that was a little out of the ordinary. Airview handled the requests professionally and in stride. I will be using Airview in the future.

Quick Service.Thermostat wifi disconnected and would not reconnect. Tech checked out system and reset Thermostat. Unknown reason for failure. Problem solved.

UPDATE: 4 years later they replaced 2 units for me! I’m pretty sure I have the coldest home in texas. That just goes to show you how great this local business treated me when I needed them. I have AC units that are edging towards the end of their lifespan. From fan blades making sounds that keep my neighbors awake on long summer nights, to evaporator coils that just can’t seem to do what they are supposed to. I decided to take matters head on and came up with a game plan to prevent me and my family from enduring the Sahara. Now the path to replacing an AC unit can be a treacherous endeavor. The road is paved with a variety of questions, impressions, and salespeople. After several unsuccessful visits to my abode from various companies, things were looking rather grim. Some wanted you to trade out a kidney for an ounce of R22 Freon. Others just shook their heads in disbelief as if my unit was unlike any other units they had ever seen. Some suggested to sell my home and move to the Arctic. Then… something amazing happened. My 70 year old neighbor was out watering her flower plot right next to her new Trane unit. Who installed it? I asked..She said she would write it down for me and drop it off at my front door. Later that evening my Ring door bell alerted me. As I opened the door a single piece of paper fell down from the crease. 2 word were written down. Airview AC.. I called them up and a young lady answered the phone and told me she would take care of everything & that everything will be alright. A couple days later Brett’s van pulled up in front of my home and we saw a single beam of sunlight break through the clouds and land in the horizon directly behind Brett as he walked up to my front door. As he stepped into my home I got goosebumps and felt like there was some sort of magic in the air, not just dust from his cowboy boots after a long day of work. Brett took the time to speak with me sincerely about my buying decision and was able to answer all the questions i had. Upon completion of looking at everything he hits me with… “Hey, while I’m here let me top off that Freon, it’s on the house”. Why I asked? “From one father to another”. Brett’s suave feels smoother than listening to Morgan Freeman talking about velvet. As he climbed back into his van I asked myself… Is there anything Brett cannot do? Climb Mt Everest, save civilians from a burning building, solve global warming… I am sure he could do all this and more but when it comes to knowledge/fixing/replacing AC units, this man is a 5 star decorated, battle hardened general that fights for life, liberty, in the pursuit of cold homes. Not to mention he has also served our country from the evils of the world. Legend has it that till this day he is out there entering Attics at 5PM with temperatures that would make Satan cry to help everyday people like us be comfortable in our homes. Great staff. Great service. Great everything. You guys have earned my business. I know who will be replacing my units. Thanks!

Reyes and crew were great. I had a / ton Trane system installed and they did a great job! This is my second system with them which was also great.

Edgar was very professional and on time. I just had my routine maintenance done on my AC/heater unit .
