Best Decision we made switch to AirAC. The customer service is the best in business

Update to the Update: The AC unit went out again, I called Friday July 19th to collect on the additional year warranty the owner gave me Jan 2024 and I was told there were no notes about an additional warranty although the owner emailed me confirmation of the additional warranty. After I posted this review the owner reached out again and asked to have the review removed and she would partially reimburse me for out of pocket repairs, that was another lie, do yourself a favor and go with another company, save yourself the headache. Update: Airview AC did call me to discuss the below, I understood the repair was a precaution but as stated in my review the tech was not sure that was the issue. As a courtesy Airview extended my warranty due to the variety of issues, I appreciate the attempt made by Airview to calm my concerns. I keep receiving emails to review Airview AC so here is my review... Sept 7 2023 A new heat pump installed Sept 14 2023 heat pump stops cooling - the technician advised the compressor in the new unit that was installed 1 week earlier was bad. I was also advised to replace the TXV in the HVAC (although the technician was not sure this was the issue) which I was told labor was not covered and would be $600, I complained about the fee which was reduced to $400. Oct 2023 AC heat pump stops again then restarts 4 hrs later, I'm advised since it's working no need to come out. Nov/Dec 2023 heat pump is making a loud noise, technician mentions a loose part and fixes the machine at no charge. Jan 2024 heat pump is making a loud noise and fan stops running. Technician advises this machine defrost on occasion and it can be loud and the fan will stop. This seems like important information the customer should have been advised during the install or any of the many service calls I've made versus being charged another service call fee. I've had so much trouble with this heat pump I question if it's actually new. I'm stuck using this company since they hold the machine warranty. No I would not recommend Airview.

Mateo was awesome even after a long, hot day! Great attitude, very informative. This was an after hours call on a day the temps hit 109! Our inside temp was 97, house quickly cooled down after the repair. Mateo deserves a raise!

Well, Airview continues to impress. Mike C. came out and diagnosed the problem with our mini split right away. Unfortunately, the coil has sprung a leak, which is not uncommon. He provided several different a/c repair options. he is very knowledgeable and very customer friendly. Much appreciated Airview!

Great and very timely service!

I can’t say enough good things about AirView HVAC, and especially our service technician, Mateo. From start to finish, Mateo provided excellent service and communication. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to actually diagnose the issue with our HVAC system rather than jumping to conclusions. We had another HVAC company come out beforehand that tried to convince us we needed to replace our entire system. Thankfully, we called AirView for another opinion. Mateo was able to properly diagnose the problem and confirm that our system did not need to be replaced, saving us from a completely unnecessary and very expensive replacement. It’s refreshing to work with a company and technician who focus on solving the actual problem instead of trying to sell you something you don’t need. Mateo represented AirView extremely well, and they’ve absolutely earned our trust and future business. Highly recommend AirView HVAC—and definitely ask for Mateo!
