UPDATE 8/22: Listen, if I wasn't sure these were our people before...I DEFINITELY AM NOW! If you don't want to read this whole story...CALL THEM! They are honest and not a rip off! PERIOD! Now on to why I think this! I had an issue after a storm that knocked out our power to the bottom unit. Long story short, the switcher was bad and Joshua diagnosed it and told us to call an electrician. I called an electrician that happened to have an HVAC too and the electrician told me nothing was wrong and referred me to their HVAC service. Their HVAC told me my board was bad and quoted me around $1,900. I just had a gut feeling that they were trying to upsell me on something I didn't need, so I went back to Airview and spoke to Michelle, who got me back in touch with Joshua. Joshua kindly called me back and explained it to me again and referred us to one of the electricians they know but aren't affiliated with and guess what? IT WAS THE SWITCHER AND NOT THE BOARD! The electrician did that and some other stuff we needed around the house and only charged use $200!!! I am not 100% convinced that Airview will be who I tell EVERYONE to go with! Honest, kind and affordable and in THIS economy..that is exactly what we need! OLD POST: Holins was quick and got us up and going so quickly! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had our a/c running cool before the 100 degree day started. From start (the call out to them) to finish (having cold a/c), it took two hours. That’s insanely fast!! EDIT: Joseph was AWESOME! I'm convinced Airview only has amazing technicicans!

Tech arrived on time, was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Outlined repair or replacement options. Got my unit 27 year old system up and running within minutes. Highly recommend using Air View to family, friends and colleagues. Will definitely be have Air View replace entire system soon.

We noticed that our upstairs unit was not cooling so I got on Google and noticed Airview had the most successful reviews, and it wasn’t even close. I gave them a call and the sweet woman I spoke with on the phone told me that if an emergency tech came out that evening it would be twice as much and we could wait until the morning And pay less. It was up to us. Just having that option alone shows you that you are working with the right people. We decided to wait until the morning because our downstairs unit was working just fine. I got a text message 30 minutes before Mateo arrived. He was extremely professional funny and knows his stuff. He walked me through everything and bless his heart. I told him I would do my best to relay the information to my husband who would understand it much better. He assured me that his notes would be thorough and I could give them to my husband for explanation, but if I needed him to speak to my husband, he would be happy to do so at any point. It turned out to be a faulty capacitor, and he checked our warranty and replaced the part. He informed me about a plan they offer to inspect our units twice a year so they could monitor everything and make sure we don’t have any surprises. We will definitely be joining this plan, and he even broke down all of the inspections that would take place in his email. This place is the real deal and we will sing their praises to everyone!!!

Airview ac is available 24/7 by phone. My ac went out at night and by the next morning I had ac again! Affordable, friendly , great customer service. Will use again!

Josh has been out before & is very knowledgeable & diligent. He troubleshoots methodically & fixed the problem.

Josh came out to service a blocked pipe in our hvac system. He carefully explained everything and provided some tips for routine maintenance we could do to prevent future blockages. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and was able to quickly fix the issue.

I called for service and Charles came the next morning and repaired my AC in less than an hour! Outstanding company!

Wow just wow. Our AC started blowing hot air and we called Air View around 8 pm. By 945pm we were back in the cool James was very nice and explained what was needed and fixed it right away. Thank you, Air View.
